Congress releases Rajasthan manifesto, promises to waive off farm loans

Besides farm loan waiver, Congress has promised free education for women and girl child. The party has also promised to work towards removing farmer equipment from the ambit of the Goods and Services Tax. Sachin Pilot said that the document had been prepared after taking into account around two lakh suggestions from people through various mediums and platforms.
