CM Khattar has an old relationship with controversial statements: Congress

Congress leader Anandveer said during Kaun Banega Mukhyamantri debate that Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had an old relationship with controversial statements. He said that ABP News' journalist Jagwinder Patial was more famous than the CM himself as Khattar could not gather enough people in his rally than the ABP News' daily discussion show. 
He added that the one who talked about Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, always talks bad about women
