It was a partly cloudy chilly morning here on Saturday with the minimum temperature recorded three notches below the season's average at 12.5 degrees Celsius, the weather office said.

"The sky will continue to be cloudy in the later part of the day as well," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
