Punjab National Bank scam is one of the largest banking sector frauds. Recently, diamond king Nirav Modi in a letter to PNB refused to pay the money back. He wrote as I offered to pay it but bank didn't provide me time and later it is out in public. Will PNB be able to take its money bank from diamantaire?
