Breaking: SC modifies order fixing 8 pm to 10 pm for bursting firecrackers on Diwali

Supreme Court says its order on use of green crackers during Diwali was meant for Delhi-NCR, not pan-India.
The apex court also modified the order fixing 8 pm to 10 pm for bursting firecrackers on Diwali. The court has left it to state governments to decide what will the timing for these 2 hour.
