Bihar: Man stabbed to death over seat dispute in train

Bihar: Man stabbed to death allegedly over a dispute regarding seat in Pawan Express train at Chhapra junction. Sanjeet Kumar, ASI GRP Chhapra says, "They had a tussle over a seat, victim was stabbed near the toilet in the train" 
Chhapra is a city and headquarters of the Saran district in the Indian state of Bihar. It is situated near the junction of the Ghaghara River and the Ganges River.
