Bihar: 7 goons eve-tease girl, shoot video and blackmail family members

The incident is of Motihari where seven goons surrounded a girl who was going to tuition. She was eve-teased by the hooligans. And one of them shot the video of the whole of incident. The men then blackmailed girl's family and asked for money.
