Appointment of Nageshwar Rao challenged in SC

Prashant Bhushan has challenged the appointment of Nageshwar Rao in SC. He said that along with Alok Verma's plea of challenging his compulsory leave before 2 years' time, Nageshwar Rao's appointment should be heard too. Prashant Bhushan has also asked to hear the case as soon as possible
Earlier, both Director of CBI and special director were sent on compulsory leave by CVC's recommendations
