Amritsar Mishap: Family of Dalbir Singh, who died in the incident held train driver responsible

Dalbir Singh, who played the role of Ravan in a Ramlila in the city during Dussehra celebrations, died in Amritsar Train Accident, yesterday. 
His family demand action against train driver. Dalbir used to make kites for a living.
