2-year-old boy trapped in Punjab borewell for over 100 hours retrieved
A two-year-old boy, Fatehveer Singh, who was stuck in a 150-foot-deep borewell in Punjab's Sangrur district, was finally pulled out on Tuesday morning after over 100 hours since he fell into it. The child was retrieved at 5.10 am today. Wrapped in a piece of a cloth, Fatehveer was rushed to the ambulance by NDRF jawan from where he was taken to the hospital. Details about the health of the toddler could not be known immediately.
