Vikas Dubey: Here's A List of Most Wanted And Notorious Criminals

Dreaded criminal and gangster Vikas Dubey, who masterminded the killings of eight cops in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur, was finally arrested from Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain after being at large for over five days. However, Dubey is not the only gangster wanted for his wanted in Uttar Pradesh for his criminal activities, the list also has several other names like the most wanted Harish Baliyan, Gauri Yadav and Chimanbhai Patel.
