Vikas Dubey's encounter case has reached the Supreme Court. The petitioner has asked for a CBI, NIA or SIT inquiry of the case and also has requested the Supreme Court to look in to the matter. The Court didn't give its final verdict on the case but hinted that it might set up a commission to investigate the matter. The Court also said that it would look after the daily progress in the investigation of this case.
