Is There Any Hurdle In Making CM Yogi's Proposed Love Jihad Law, What Does HC's Rtd Justice Say?
UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said to make a law against Love Jihad. After him, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has also said to make a law against Love Jihad. But some people are talking about hiccups in the new proposed law by citing Article 21 of the Constitution. So, is there any difficulty in making a law against Love Jihad or can it take the shape of the law, ABP News correspondent Nipun Sehgal has spoken to retired Justice VN Sinha of Patna High Court on this issue.
