A draft expat quota bill in Kuwait could force about 800,000 Indians to leave the Gulf country. According to the bill, Indians should not exceed 15 per cent of the population. If the bill becomes law then 800,000 Indians might have to leave Kuwait, as the Indian community is the largest there at 1.45 million.
