In a press conference in Geneva, WHO Chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus was responding to a question on the COVID-19 situation in India, in which he stated the present Coronavirus could be an opportunity for India to speed up the health insurance scheme Ayushman Bharat, especially with a focus on primary healthcare. The Scheme that was launched in 2018 by the Modi Government has been used to treat about 2,300 COVID 19 patients for free. Watch the entire video to find out more on this story.
