Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan was completely baffled over Union Ministry of Home Affair's decision to impose Public Safety Act (PSA) on two chief ministers of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti on Thursday.
