Cyclone Nisarga: NDRF teams deployed in Maharashtra & Gujarat | Bharat Ki Baat

Cyclonic storm 'Nisarg' could knock off the coast of Gujarat on 3 June. In view of this, alerts have been issued in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Daman-Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli. In view of the possibility of destruction due to this, the state governments have ordered the evacuation of people living in the lower places. The department has warned that cyclonic storm will cross northern Maharashtra and southern Gujarat on the evening of June 3, which is expected to cause heavy rains.
