Citizenship Bill raises the temperature in Lok Sabha | Bharat Ki Baat

Introducing the Bill, Amit Shah rejected allegations of opposition, saying: "I assure that the Bill does not violate any article of the Constitution and that no citizen will be deprived of one's rights.
"If the Congress had not divided the country on the basis of religion when India got freedom, there was no need to bring the (Citizenship Amendment) Bill," Shah said.
