We Indians are very good at Jugaad, a quick-fix solution for problems. But one must not forget that such methods involve high risk to life. In one such video, a driver is seen manoeuvring an overloaded tractor on a highway with its front wheels up.
Shared by business tycoon Harsh Goenka on Twitter, the clip opens to show a tractor carrying sugarcane and moving through a winding road. As it moves ahead and comes closer to the camera, one can see the front wheels of the tractor raised up due to the heavy load it is pulling on a slightly steep road. Despite struggling a little, the driver continues to drive the tractor trolley
"Scenes…only in India!!" read the caption of the post shared by RPG group chairman Harsh Goenka.
Since being shared the video has gone viral and amassed close to 2.5 lakh views and several comments.
"Haha. This is too good. The great Indian jugaad," wrote one user after seeing the video.
"Looks like Automobile companies need to add this in Quality assurance test cases. Another use case, probably companies may not have thought of".
Reiterating the view another wrote, "Country of jugad, leads to unique ways of accomplishing tasks, innovation! No wonder we have so many startups in India."
"Someone explain me how it turns," wrote one user a little surprised by the video.
While another jokingly wrote, "Tractor ko India mein Two Wheeler ghoshit kar dena chahiye."
