Dance is one of the best ways to keep fit and uplift your mood. Probably it this reason that dance has always been an integral part of various cultures worldwide. These days, even companies have begun to hire professional dancers to conduct dance classes inside the office premises for their employees to relieve them off the work pressure and provide them with a happy environment to work. In a video that has gone viral on the internet one can see  some employees learning bhangra at their workplace.

The clip was shared on Instagram by an artist Sahil Sharma with the caption "Bas aisa office mil jaye," which loosely translates to "I want an office like this."

In the video, Sharma is seen teaching bhangra to employees in a hall, which is also their workplace. As Sharma begins to dance to Label Black, a hit Punjabi song by Gupz Sehra, the employees standing next to each other in a well-carpeted area start to imitate the steps. What’s more delightful is to see them doing it in prefect sync.

Since being shared, the video has amassed over 2.9 million views, 201,814 likes and tons of comments.

"It's good idea to remind an employee that they are not machine," commented one user on the video.

"Where can I find such an office? we will work for free," wrote a third.

"Imagine if we do this and some exercise for max 10mins in every office before heading home on self volunteer basis, great way to relax and reduce stress," commented a fourth.
