We all know real estate in Mumbai is extremely expensive. Buying a flat or even renting one in a decent locality could cost a mammoth amount, which is why people are forced to live in apartments and houses that are cramped. A video of one such apartment has gone viral on the internet that pokes fun at the house tour videos made by real estate agents and simultaneously  highlights the accommodation problem people face in Mumbai.

Shared on Instagram by Sumit Palve, the caption of the video reads  ''Aajao boss Dikha Dunga! South Bombay hai boss compromise to Karna Padega Boss (Come Boss, I will show you. Boss, you will have to compromise because it's South Bombay).''

The clip opens to show Palve dressed in formal white shirt and black pant, like real state agents, giving a tour of a tiny apartment in South Mumbai. From a mini-kitchenette tucked under a loft bed to a compact dining area that also doubles as a workspace to a bathroom just big enough to fit one person, Plave espouses the value of the cramped apartment. Often in the video he is heard saying that the buyer needs to "compromise" in the Rs 2.5 crore apartment as it  is in South Mumbai, a posh locality of the city.

Since being shared, the video has amassed 112,392 likes and tons of comments.
