The internet is filled with different types of videos that instantly become viral. But some have the power to connect with people emotionally. In one such video that is going viral on social media shows a grandad doing pushups with his granddaughter lying on his back. 


The viral video was shared on Twitter by a user Sandeep Mall, who described himself as an entrepreneur, health coach and wildlife photographer. In the 12-second clip opens to show Sandeep dressed in gym wear and doing pshups with his granddaughter lying on his back and holding onto him. 


"If u can do 15 reps of push-ups at a stretch, better to add weight. In three years she will be around 18 kgs and me 60 years and my goal is I can do 15 reps that time also," read the caption of the post shared by Sandeep.






Since being shared, the video has amassed more than 75k views and several comments.

While a third threw up a suggestion and wrote, "15 reps makes it a conditioning exercise. 6-10 push ups with pristine form in 1 set are sufficient for strength and hypertrophy."
