Cop Travels In Vande Bharat Train Without Ticket, Gets Into Heated Argument With TTE. WATCH

"If this happen with normal person for traffic challan will Police Officer let them go without paying it," commented one user on the post.

The Indian Railways has issued several warning in the past against passengers travelling without tickets. But it seems that some of the policemen are least bothered about the orders and wish to avail railway facilities for themselves without paying for it. There have been numerous occasions of confrontations between police personnel and train ticket checking staff over travelling without ticket, but not many policemen seem to learn from it. Once again a video of a police officer involved in a verbal spat with a TTE has surfaced on social media.

Shared on the microblogging site X, formerly Twitter, by Ghar Ke Kalesh, the officer is seen giving an explanation as to why he boarded the Vande Bharat train without a ticker. The TTE does not look convinced and clearly says that travelling in the train without a valid ticket is an offence. However, the officer keeps telling it is for the first time and he should be allowed to travel. Meanwhile another person can be heard objecting to it and also asks the officer to get down at the next station.

Since being shared, the video has amassed over 1 lakh views, 2,229 likes and several comments condemning the police officer's behaviour.

"If this happen with normal person for traffic challan will Police Officer let them go without paying it," commented one user on the post.

"Allowai nahi hai toh kaise chadh jaate hai?," questioned one user.

"Most of police officer don't pay for tickets even in auto they travel without paying," commented a third.

He suppose to uphold the law of the country and here he is breaking it," wrote a fourth.
