Preity Zinta turned showstopper for Assam-based designer Sanjukta Dutta

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta on Thursday turned heads at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2017 as she walked the ramp for Assam-based designer Sanjukta Dutta.

No other Bollywood beauty than Preity Zinta could have showcased these outfits so flawlessly and spectacularly.

Preity wore a minimal make-up and her hair was styled in side-swept curls, she adorned jhumkas, golden bangles and a red bindi.

Mrs. Goodenough looked resplendent as she walked the runway in full poise & elegance turning showstopper in her desi avatar.

Preity Zinta walked the runway sporting a black and red sari with the highlights of gold motifs and temple border.

And we must say she was looking simply stunning, the actress sported the traditional silk Mekhela Chador saree which was in the shade of black and red

Preity was grace personified as she strutted down the ramp.

Preity's designer Sanjukta took inspiration from Goddess Durga and also Assamese motifs. From Singkhap- two lions motifs to Kolki which is more or less like the paisley motif, her collection was a true reflection of harmony and serenity in the beautiful state of Assam.
