Hyderabad: Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority offers an opportunity for those who want to buy house in the city. Buyers interested in purchasing Swagruha Corporation Limited units in Pocharam and Bandlaguda must register their names at local Mee Seva centres or online and pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 1,000. The Corporation also released a dedicated app for this purpose.


A notification has been issued in this regard. Accordingly, 419 flats in the Bandlaguda venture are fully ready. Work on another 1,082 flats is in various stages. The price of fully prepared apartments has been fixed at Rs 3,000 per square feet and semi-finished at Rs 2,750 per square feet.


In the Pocharam venture, 1,328 flats are priced at Rs 2,500 per square feet, while the 142 partially constructed apartments are priced at Rs 2,250 per square feet. A bank loan facility is being extended as well. Applications will be accepted online from Thursday to June 14.

Roads and Buildings Minister V Prashanth Reddy held a review meeting with officials here on Wednesday on the auction guidelines. The Minister said, "Flats would be offered to the applicants through the draw of lots," as quoted by Telangana Today.


The buyers can apply for these apartments through Mee Seva centres, the Swagruha Corporation Limited website, or the Mobile app. The flats will be allotted through a computer-based lottery, which will be taken on June 22.
