Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) released the TS-EAMCET 2023 notification schedule on Friday. The exam will be conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) on behalf of TSCHE.


The candidates seeking admission for the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical areas can apply through this Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) 2023. Candidates who pass the test can enroll in a variety of programmes offered at private and public institutions across the state.


Interested candidates can apply online beginning March 3.


 A notification will be issued on February 28 and the last day to apply without a late fee is April 10. Applicants can edit their details, if any, in the submitted application form between April 12 and 14.


The Engineering stream exam will be held from May 7 to 9, while the Agriculture and Medical streams exams will be held on May 10 and 11.


Speaking to the media Prof. R Limbadri, Chairman of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, stated that the 25 percent intermediate weightage for the TS EAMCET would not be considered this year.

The minimum intermediate marks criterion, i.e., 45 percent, has been reinstated for admissions through the TS EAMCET 2023, he said, adding that the entrance test will cover 70 percent of the first-year syllabus and 100 percent of the second-year syllabus.


Applications can also be submitted with a late fee of Rs. 250, Rs. 500, Rs. 2,500, and Rs. 5,000 up to April 15, 20, 25, and May 2. respectively. Students can download hall tickets starting April 30.


The candidates have to enter their registration number in order to download their admit card.
