The train will depart from Secunderabad at 11.30 am and reach its final destination of Tirupati Railway Station at 9 pm. As per the regular schedule, the train will stop at Nalgonda, Guntur, Ongole, and Nellore railway stations. However, the inaugural Vande Bharat train is going to stop at Nalgonda, Miryalguda, Piduguralla, Guntur, Tenali, Bapatla, Chirala, Ongole, Nellore, and Gudur stations.
The Vande Bharat Express train between Secunderabad and Tirupati will reduce the travel time between the two cities. The train is expected to complete the 660.77 km journey in 8 hours and 30 minutes. With this, the travel time is reduced by 3 hours and 30 minutes.

PM Modi will also perform bhumi puja for the different construction projects undertaken towards the redevelopment and modernisation of Secunderabad Railway Station at Rs 715 crore, which will feature amenities to meet traveller needs for another 40 years.
The Secunderabad Railway Station will also have an exclusive 108-meter double-level air concourse joining the terminal building and all platforms.
Later, the Prime Minister will inaugurate 13 new multi-modal transport system (MMTS) services that will operate on new railway lines constructed in the Hyderabad suburbs as part of MMTS Phase-II. PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone for six national highways that will connect different parts of the state and cost Rs 7,864 crore.
