Soon the users will get a new feature on WhatsApp where they will be able to easily transfer the backup data of WhatsApp chat from Android phone to iOS. The testing for this feature is in process.

WhatsApp Update: WhatsApp is constantly releasing new features to provide better facilities to its users. The company has launched many great features from November 2021 to 2022, but now WhatsApp is working on a feature that people have been waiting for a long time. This was, in a way, the biggest drawback of WhatsApp, but now the messaging service app is working towards providing people with this feature. Let us tell you about the new feature that Meta is working on.

This is the special feature-

According to the report, Meta-owned WhatsApp has started testing the feature of transferring chats from Android to iOS iPhone. A few days ago, the company released the feature for transferring chat backup from iOS to Samsung and Pixel phones. WhatsApp CEO Will Cathcart said that soon this feature will be introduced for Android to iOS as well.

Testing is in process on beta version-

If you switch to an iPhone from an Android phone and login to WhatsApp, then you do not get a chat backup. According to the report, its beta version Android 2.21.20.11 has been released for testing this feature. There is an option to import chat history from android phone. Once the testing is successful, the feature will be released soon for everyone.
