Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde at the Smart Life, Smart Living Conclave 2024, organised by ABP LIVE said that connectivity leads to progress quickly. Chief Minister Shinde talked about how his government has been focusing on improving the road-connectivity in Maharashtra and how that has helped save the precious time of citizens there. He gave examples of several highway projects that brought down the travelling time between cities like Mumbai and Pune significantly. 


During Maharashtra Chief Minister's discussion with senior news anchor Dibang, the latter questioned the former about why his government's focus in terms of connectivity is largely limited to road connectivity, to which CM Shinde responded by saying that better road connectivity saves time and eventually leads to progress quickly.

During the Smart Life, Smart Living Conclave 2024, CM Eknath Shinde received the 'Smart Life, Smart Living' trophy for being the 'Infra Man Of The Country'. 


At the same conclave, audio and wearable consumer tech product company Boat was awarded a trophy for being the 'Entertainment Disruptor'.

In total, there were six panel discussions that took place at the event. The first panel focused on the contribution of wearable health devices and also on how technology has fused with health to improve our lifestyle. The discussion was led by Jyoti Dabas, the co-founder of one of India's biggest online fitness communities, Fittr. 


 



Rupali Fernandes, CRO, ABP Network presented the State Leadership in Infrastructure Development award to Shri Eknath Shinde Hon'ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra In recognition of outstanding contributions to advancing Maharashtra's infrastructure at ABP Live Smart Life Smart Living Conclave event 2024, held on 7 October , 2024 at Holiday Inn, New Delhi.


The discussion during the second panel was focused on the future of smart homes and the integration of technology into our everyday lives. The discussion was led by Manu Anand, President HR, CRC Group. He talked about how important it is to build the right type of smart home according to the needs of the customer.


The third panel discussion focused on architecture and the making of smart homes. The discussion was led by Anika Mittal from Mold Design Studio and the Founder & Design Head of Resaiki Interiors & Architecture Design Studio, Kuntal Vyas Aggarwal. 


The fourth panel discussion was focused on smart urban spaces and maximizing efficiency as well as comfort in home and office. The discussion was led by Dr. Ritesh Malik, Founder, Awfis. He emphasised on how women should take part in this revolution equally and strengthen themselves with the knowledge of AI.

The fifth panel discussion was focused on designing smart homes for sustainability, challenges and opportunities. The discussion was led by Harkaran Singh Boparai, Founder & Principal Architect of the Harkaran Boparai Studio.


The sixth and the last session was titled, 'Smart Gadgets, Smarter Lives: Redefining Modern Living through Innovation'. It was led by a tech influencer, Nikhil Chawla.
