A plethora of abusive and obscene tweets were shared from a popular British journalist Piers Morgan's Twitter account on Tuesday (December 28). His Twitter profile was full of tweets abusing and defaming the late Queen Elizabeth II of England, Ed Sheeran after the reported account hack by an anonymous person.
The timeline also had fake news about the death of Andrew Tate. The tweets went viral all over the internet and made news headlines by the time netizens learned that his account was left hacked.
The Twitter profile picture, banner image, and some previous posts were reported missing from the timeline of the former Good Morning Britain (GMB) presenter, who is 57 years old. He has around 8.3 million Twitter followers.

According to an India Today report, the hacker posted some tweets about leaking chats. A Twitter user posted screenshots of the tweets. Meanwhile, Morgan's Twitter account has been cleaned off his profile picture without losing the number of followers on his account.
Amid all this, a well-known kickboxer, Andrew Tate, replied to the fake news regarding his death circulating on social media. He said, "Hard to kill."
In the past, multiple Twitter accounts of famous personalities in the UK have been hacked. These include the UK education secretary Gillian Keegan and Liz Tuss's earlier phone hack by the Russians. Investigations are underway to find out more details about the hacker involved in the case.

Last month, the Commons speaker, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, had written to MPs in the UK parliament, giving them several pieces of advice to strengthen security and safety on their digital devices. Hoyle asked them to ensure their mobile phones with multi-factor verification. The suggestions also included updating their software and deletion old messages.
So far, Morgan has not publicly commented on the reported hack of his social media account. However, his Instagram account is functioning without reporting any hack.
