The arrival of Meta AI was signaled by a new icon appearing in the main chat list on WhatsApp for select users. This AI chatbot is powered by Meta's powerhouse Large Language Model, known as Llama, which signifies the company's advanced artificial intelligence (AI) development. To access Meta AI on WhatsApp, simply look for a new icon in the top right corner of your main chat list. It's hard to miss -- the logo features a brightly coloured ring that shimmers with different hues, hinting at the AI's diverse capabilities.

It is pertinent to note that Facebook parent Meta had previously revealed that Meta AI leverages their most advanced large language model research, combined with the powerful Llama 2 model.
