Xiaomi has just announced its Redmi Note 11SE in the country and according to the Xiaomi India page, the company is not shipping this Redmi smartphone with a charger. Redmi is known for providing affordable handsets along with fast chargers in the box for the longest time but now, it is following the path of Apple and Samsung, as first spotted by GSMArena. After the flagship Galaxy S and Fold and Flip, Samsung has stopped providing charging bricks in the box along with Galaxy A series devices too.

According to the Xiaomi India page, the Redmi Note 11SE box contents include the device, SIM ejector tool, a USB-C cable, protective case, quick start guide and warranty card. However, it is yet to be understood if all future Redmi phones will ship without a power adaptor in the box.

Talking about the specs and features of the Redmi Note 11 SE, the device comes with a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a peak brightness of 1100 nits. The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G95 SoC. Given the MT G95 chipset, it is a 4G phone and will not support 5G networks. There is no Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the smartphone. The phone’s price hasn't been revealed by Redmi yet, but the device would go on sale on August 31.

Other features include a 5,000mAh battery on the phone coupled with 33W fast charging support, but no charging brick in the box. Other features include a USB 2.0 port, NFC, 4K recording support at 30fps, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a dedicated microSD card slot.
