Leading handset maker OnePlus has launched its OnePlus 12 series globally and in India, after a seires of leaks and rumours. OnePlus' newest flagship series, comprising the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R were launched alongside OnePlus Buds 3, the company's third-generation flagship wireless audio earbuds. OnePlus also teased a future OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact Edition, at its "Smooth Beyond Belief" event in New Delhi.


OnePlus 12 And OnePlus 12R Pricing In India 


Globally released on January 23, the OnePlus 12R starts at Rs 39,999 for the 8GB/128GB model. The flagship OnePlus 12 is priced at Rs 64,999 for the 12GB/256GB model in India. The OnePlus Buds 3 are available for Rs 5,499. 


OnePlus 12 With Top-Of-The-Line Features Launched


The latest flagship from OnePlus, the OnePlus 12, boasts a range of state-of-the-art features. The phone has been launched in two colours: Flowy Emerald and Silky Black. Fuelled by the top-tier Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, Qualcomm's swiftest mobile processor to date, it ensures lightning-fast performance ideal for demanding applications and multitasking. With a hefty 5,400mAh battery, the OnePlus 12 comes with proprietary 100W SuperVOOC wired charging. Running on OxygenOS 14, based on Android 14, the smartphone has a clean software with customisations atop.


On the photography front, the OnePlus 12 comes with a versatile triple-lens configuration at the back, led by a 50MP main sensor, accompanied by a 64MP telephoto camera and a 48MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. For capturing selfies, it has a 32MP front-facing camera. Boasting a 6.82-inch Quad HD+ LTPO OLED display, the OnePlus 12 promises a seamless visual experience with its adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. According to OnePlus, the screen has a peak brightness of 4,500 nits.


OnePlus 12R Launched At A Lower Price


The OnePlus 12R is an "economical" addition to the OnePlus 12 series, gets several premium features despite its budget-friendly price. Equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, the OnePlus 12R claims to deliver robust performance, even though the chip is a generation behind. Similar to its pricier sibling, the device sports a triple-camera setup at the back, consisting of a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens. Similar to the OnePlus 12, the OnePlus 12R also supports rapid 100W wired charging and boasts a hefty 5,500mAh battery. Storage choices include 8GB/128GB variant and 12GB/256GB model. The device has been launched in Black, Iron Grey and Cool Blue colourways.


OnePlus Buds 3 Launched: Price, Specs And Features


Accompanying the new smartphones is the  latest wireless earbuds, the OnePlus Buds 3. These earbuds come with 10.4mm drivers, a 6mm tweeter and feature active noise cancellation (ANC) with a rating of 48dB. With features such as swift pairing, an IP55 rating and a battery life of up to 44 hours, the OnePlus Buds 3 promises an immersive listening experience and long-lasting performance. Priced at Rs 5,499, this pair of earbuds offer a more budget-friendly alternative compared to premium offerings from the likes of Samsung and Apple. The buds come in Metallic Gray and Splendid Blue colourways.
