Handset maker Motorola has officially announced its Android 14 update roadmap for its smartphones, including models in the Razr, Edge and G series. However, the Moto E series is excluded, as the company hasn't guaranteed any Android updates for these budget-friendly smartphones. Motorola has listed the lineup of smartphones set to receive the Android 14-based custom skin, My UX. Following Google's initial developer preview of Android 14 in February last year, the stable version debuted with the Google Pixel 8 series in October 2023. Samsung and Nothing swiftly rolled out the Android 14 update and now, several Motorola devices are set to get the update.

It is exciting to see the interesting Moto Razr series getting the Android 14 update. The series comprises Moto Razr 40 and the Moto Razr 40 Ultra. Both models feature flip phones with foldable displays. While the Moto Razr 40 may have garnered attention with its comparatively lower launch price of Rs 59,999, in terms of performance, the better one is the other variant.
