There has been a significant price hike for battery replacement of the new iPhone 14 series, which is also bigger than last year's iPhone 13 lineup, as recently revealed. Now, some reports suggest that the replacement cost of the newly launched iPhone 14 lineup would be much higher than the iPhone 13 series.
According to the Cupertino-based tech giant, the cost to replace the batteries of the new iPhone 14 series, including iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max is $99 which is up from the cost of replacing batteries for iPhone 13 at $69. This means there has been a price increase of about 43 per cent for the replacement of iPhone 14 series batteries, as per a report by 9to5Mac.
Due to the strong value of dollar, the price increase is even higher in regions such as the UK. The price of replacing an iPhone battery in the UK would now cost £105, up from the previous cost of £69, with the iPhone 14 lineup.
