Apple is said to be gearing up for introducing significant updates to its wearable lineup nest year, with a focus on the Apple AirPods, Watches, and the Vision Pro headset, says Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. Notably, minimal alterations are anticipated for the purported iPhone 16 line, and updates will be primarily limited to cosmetic changes. According to the report, Apple intends to maintain the design continuity in the upcoming iPhone 16 models, with the primary alteration being a larger screen size for the Pro variant.


The non-pro iPhone models are anticipated to adopt the Action button introduced in the current Pro variants. Moreover, Apple is set to include a dedicated button for video recording across the iPhone 16 lineup.

Furthermore, the mid-tier model is likely to incorporate Pro-like features, including Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).

New Health Capabilites, New Variant Coming To Apple Watch Line?


The report also notes that the 2024 Apple Watch lineup may feature a redesigned variant and introduce new health capabilities. Apple's focus on developing features like hypertension and sleep apnea detection is poised to be a prominent aspect of the upcoming generation of Apple Watches.


Certainly, the iPhone is slated for an upgrade next year, maintaining its significance as Apple's primary revenue generator. However, substantial alterations are not on the horizon. The iPhone 15's design will persistbe carried forward, with the Pro model seeing enlarged screen sizes. The lower-end models are set to incorporate the Action button, and a new dedicated button for video capture is in the pipeline.
