The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has launched a new AI-powered chatbot to help citizens with their queries related to Aadhaar. The chatbot dubbed as 'Aadhaar Mitra', is powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning will address Aadhaar-based queries such as tracking Aadhaar PVC status, registering and complaints etc.

With Open AI's ChatGPT gaining the limelight, chatbot services are becoming the default choice for businesses.
