Muslim Rashtriya Manch was an initiative started by a group of Muslims and functionaries of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on December 24, 2022. The outfit functions with the aim to bring Muslims close to the Hindus in India.

In September 2022, the Centre imposed a ban on PFI and right other associated organisations of PFI for a period of five years under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (UAPA).

The ban came after raids conducted in PFI offices across the country. The police and other investigation agencies also arrested several leaders of the PFI.

The Centre also alleged that PFI was linked to terror outfits including the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and Jamat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB). It also said that they were also chalking plans to spread terror in the country.
