She was admitted to the cardiology department in Kanpur for treatment.
Dr Rakesh Kumar Verma, Director and Senior Heart Surgeon at Kanpur's Cardiology Hospital reported that all necessary tests were conducted, focusing on her heart condition. The tests indicated non-specific chest pain and elevated sugar levels.
Dr Verma suggested that the sudden illness and symptoms could have been exacerbated by the heat and humidity, which have been rising steadily. He noted that such conditions can sometimes lead to health issues like those experienced by Malti Nishad.
Malti Nishad will be kept under observation for a few hours before being discharged. Meanwhile, Sanjay Nishad returned to the party event after ensuring his wife was admitted to the hospital. Their son stayed at the hospital, accompanied by other party workers.
The Uttar Pradesh Minister and Nishad Party President hit the headlines when recently his speech created tension in Bithalpur village under Rudrapur police station of Deoria district.
Earlier last week on Saturday, the incident took place when the minister reached the village with hundreds of supporters to condole the death of Deepu Nishad, 25.
Nishad blamed the police for their inaction in arresting the accused named in the FIR lodged by the mother of the victim.
Deepu Nishad had reported missing since June 14.
On June 15, his body was recovered.
The situation took an unexpected turn when the Nishad was expressing his displeasure and a mob considered to be members of the Nishad Party broke the furniture and motorcycle of the village head and his brothers named in FIR.
