Chennai: After the Kerala government extended full support to Anupama, who is waging a legal battle against her father to get back her newborn baby given up for adoption by her father, the CPM has once again landed in new trouble in the case on Saturday.
The Kerala Fisheries Minister Saji Cheriyan recently questioned the morality of the couple's relationship and alleged that Ajith was in "multiple affairs". Based on the statement the Peroorkkada police have filed a case against the Minister while the couple has also given a complaint in Sreekaryam police station since the Minister made the remark in that police limit.
According to a report on The News Minute, the Minister in a meeting held on Friday at Kerala University campus without mentioning the name of the couple said that a married person with 2-3 children, fell in love with another woman who was his friend's wife and then once again fell in love with another younger girl and got a child. However, the father of the girl goes to jail and we should think about the father here.

Definitely, the woman should get the baby and there is no argument against that but she (Anupama) was given education and she diverged. She went with someone who was married twice and double her age, he said.
However, Anupama said that it was false and that Ajith did not have any children nor was married twice before her. She said that she was his second wife and Ajith did not marry his friend's wife.
But Ajith's first wife did raise a cheating complaint against him.
Meanwhile, another CPM leader from Thiruvananthapuram also made a similar controversial comment against the couple.
