Neeraj Chopra, a 25-year-old sporting sensation, earned a unique distinction by becoming just the third javelin thrower in history to clinch both the Olympic and World Championships titles. His extraordinary feat unfolded when he secured the World Championship title in Budapest, with a monumental throw covering a distance of 88.17 meters last month.

Neeraj Chopra has been relishing Switzerland's breathtaking landscapes and engaging in various adventure sports, aligning perfectly with the country's reputation for offering adventurous, sporty, and scenic outdoor activities. His Swiss experiences include thrilling adventures such as skydiving, canyon jumping, and jetboating in Interlaken, as well as paragliding and helicopter tours over the mesmerizing Zermatt landscape.

After his World Championships gold, Chopra had a rare off day at the Zurich Diamond League where he had to come back from behind to finish second. His best throw of 85.71 came in his last attempt but he was 15 cm short of the top position.
