In the Super Smash Competition of New Zealand, Sophie scored a century off just 36 balls. The New Zealand captain hit 9 sixes and 9 fours in her magnificent century innings and remained unbeaten after making 108 runs. In her innings, she played a total of 38 balls.

Sophie Devine's team Wellington chased down the target of 129 runs in 8.4 overs. The team scored at the rate of 15.59. This was Sophie's first match in any format since the Woman Big Bash League (WBBL) last November. Interestingly, she has come out of the 14-day quarantine on Sunday itself.
