India's cricketing icon Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, popularly known as the 'God of Cricket' turns 47 today. When 'Lord Sachin' use to bat even the atheists' fans didn't want him to get out, and today on his birthday our cricketing hero has decided to 'not get out' on his birthday as a mark of respect towards COVID-19 warriors, who currently are batting on the front foot for India against the deadly infection.

During his cricketing days, Sachin Tendulkar dominated bowlers at home, abroad and emerged as a prolific run-scorer, ton maker - ultimately an outright match-winner for the Indian cricket team. The Mumbai-teen batting prodigy  enjoyed immense success in the very beginning of his career as he became the youngest to achieve many batting milestones and attained the tag of the 'best batsman in the world' as he bloomed into one of the greatest strokemakers to have ever played the 'Gentleman's Game'.
