Iran's Sadageh Sayah Beit Creates Controversy With 'Offensive' Gestures

The code of conduct shown by Iran's Sadageh Sayah Beit in the aftermath of winning the Gold medal in the Men's Javelin Throw - F41 Final was found to be offensive, threatening, and inappropriate, as the Para athlete made gestures citing 'slit of throat' and raised the flag of Hamas at the arena.

Now, as per the rule book, the officials have deemed the act 'Unsporting and Improper Conduct' and therefore, disqualify the Iranian on the basis of violation of R8.1 rule.
