Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni are great buddies off the field. While the two are among the best cricketers that India has witnessed in the 21st century, the two also share great comraderie and friendship both on and off the field.

Playing for Team India, the duo have been involved in quite a few game-changing partnerships where the running between the wickets with these two in the middle has been a sight to behold in itself and a testimony to the trust that they have on each other's understanding of the game and judgement of a run. It helps that the two are also among the fittest players in the side.

Years after having announced his retirement from international cricket though, Dhoni continues to share a good bond with Kohli and the same was on display when their teams squared off at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Monday. After the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) beat Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 8 runs, the two cricketers were seen sharing hugs and having a conversation as if friends catching up after a long time.

Former RCB skipper Kohli has now even tweeted a picture along with Dhoni.  "❤️+💛= 🇮🇳 @msdhoni," he wrorte along with the picture.

Here is Kohli's Tweet:
