In fact, the KKR, on their official Twitter profile, shared a video of the memorable moment saying, "Before the fireworks tomorrow, here's the curtain raiser! We won't stop, on our way to the top. Thank you @BurjKhalifa for lighting up in #KKR colours."
The grand LED lit up the tower showcasing the team players in their signature purple hue.

The Kolkata franchise is the last team to commence their campaign in the 2020 edition of the IPL. All the other sides barring CSK have played a game each, with MS Dhoni and Co. taking on Rajasthan Royals in their second match on Tuesday.
Led by Dinesh Karthik, 2-time champions KKR have some of the biggest names in T20 cricket like Andre Russell and Sunil Narine, and have further bolstered their squad by acquiring the services of Eoin Morgan, Pat Cummins and Tom Banton.
Talented opener Shubman Gill and India's ace left arm chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav are the star domestic attractions besides the tried and tested skipper Karthik.
