IPL 2025: With less than 24 hours to go for the IPL 2025 Retention Deadline, the drama seems to be intensifying. The biggest news coming up before the unveiling of the official retention list is that Shreyas Iyer, despite leading the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) franchise to a title in IPL 2024, could be on his way from the franchise.

It is being learnt that the former Delhi Capitals (DC) star proved to be a tough negotiator when the team management had their discussion with the IPL-winning captain. The three-time IPL winners were left with no choice but to give up on their skipper.
