In the eighth match of the Indian Premier League season 13, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders will lock horns on Saturday in Abu Dhabi. Both Hyderabad and Kolkata teams have lost their opening matches.
While Kolkata Knight Riders suffered a major 49-run defeat at the hands of Mumbai Indians due to their poor performance, Sunrisers Hyderabad were defeated by Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Hyderabad suffered a major blow ahead of their match against KKR as their all-rounder Mitchell Marsh has been ruled out of the IPL 2020 due to injury and he has been replaced by West Indies star all-rounder Jason Holder.
Both teams will be eyeing their first win of the season on Saturday. There is no scope for much change in the playing XI of Dinesh Karthik-led KKR team. At the same time, there is a possibility of a change or two in Sunrisers Hyderabad's playing XI.
There is very less chance of any change in KKR as their poor performance in the last match was responsible for the defeat against Mumbai and not the team combination.
On the other hand, there is a chance of only one change in SRH and they can give an opportunity to the experienced Kane Williamson or Mohammad Nabi in place of the injured Marsh. Nabi is an all-rounder while the arrival of Williamson will strengthen the batting.
