If the umpire would have reported Narine for his bowling action for the second time, he could have been banned. That's the reason why Narine was not playing for the last two matches as he feared of getting banned. But now he has been excluded from the warning list.
“Sunil Narine, the Kolkata Knight Riders player, has been cleared by the IPL’s Suspect Bowling Action Committee. Mr Narine was reported for bowling with a suspected illegal bowling action during his team’s Dream11 Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 match against Kings XI Punjab at Abu Dhabi on October 10. Following the report, Mr Narine was placed on the IPL Warning List,” the IPL statement, on the official website, read.
“KKR requested for an Official Assessment of Mr Narine’s action from the IPL Suspect Bowling Action Committee, submitting action footage in slow motion with back and side angles. The Committee carefully reviewed all the deliveries of action footage sent of Mr Narine with the naked eye and has come to the conclusion that the elbow-bend appears to be within the range of permissible limits.
The Committee also noted that Mr. Narine should reproduce the same action going forward in the IPL 2020 matches as presented to the Committee in the video footage. Mr Narine has now been removed from the IPL Suspect Action Warning List," the statement further added.

This is not the first time Narine's bowling action has been suspected. Sunil Narine has always been in controversies regarding his bowling action. The first complaint against him for his bowling action was filed in 2014. During the 2014 Champions League, Narine's bowling action was reported twice and due to this he could not play the final match against Chennai Super Kings.
Sunil Narine has been playing for KKR continuously since 2012. The spinner was instrumental in making the team the IPL champions for the first time. In the year 2012, he bagged 24 wickets for Gautam Gambhir-led team.
