The Indian Premier League (IPL) has witnessed some scintillating performances by world class stroke-makers and bowlers in helping their team become champions of the cash rich T20 league since its inception back in 2008.

The IPL has been fortunate to have the best T20 stalwarts both from Indian and rest of the world produce some magical performances which are very much deep entrenched in the memories of fans till date. While the IPL like all T20 leagues around the world has been usually dominated by the brutal assaulters and power hitters on batting friendly decks, the front-line bowlers of champion sides have been integral to the stellar success of their respective teams.

Be it tearaway speedsters like Lasith Malinga, Jasprit Bumrah or Dale Steyn to potent spinners like  Sunil Narine, Imran Tahir, Amit Mishra and Rashid Khan; champion sides like Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders have always had well rounded attacks to restrict their opponents from posting herculean totals or chasing down daunting targets.
